Public Transportation: Bus: SEPTA buses #21 and #42 make frequent stops at 15th Street eastbound (Chestnut St.) and westbound (Walnut St.). Subway: SEPTA Orange (Broad Street) Line stops at Walnut/Locust, just around the corner from Academy House. PATCO High Speed Line from New Jersey stops at 15th/16th Street Station, less than a block away. Best to use the subway during daylight hours. Driving to Center City: From I-95 (Bucks County and points northeast, Delaware and points south, and the Ben Franklin Bridge, NJ.): Take I-676 West (Vine Street Expressway) into Center City. Exit at Broad Street Exit. The ramp will swing you around onto 15th Street, heading south into Center City. Academy House is on Locust Street, between 15th Street and Broad Street. From I-76 Schuylkill Expressway (Main Line and points north and west): Take I-676 East (Vine Street Expressway) into Center City. Exit at Broad Street Exit and proceed south on 15th Street. Academy House is on Locust Street, between 15th Street and Broad Street.
